Gregory Bear – the older years

I have written a little about my teddy bear, Gregory, and his (and my) young years spent picnicking on Hove Lawns, holidaying at various holiday camps and generally enjoying life.  As we both got older I realised Gregory was aging quickly, some stuffing was falling out, one arm almost came off and he looked in a sorry state.  I felt quite sad about this, he had been such a good friend and we had helped one another through many hard times.  I patched him up, and on one of my holidays I found a rocking chair for him in a tourist shop.  It was just the right size and he settled into it straight away.  He sits in it all the time now, I never see him rocking in it but I think he probably has a gentle rock when I’m not looking.

Here is Gregory, he likes wearing football shirts, he gets his clothes from The Build A Bear shop.
