Clovelly, North Devon

Gordon and Enid in Clovelly 1950sClovelly 2003

Here are two photographs of Clovelly in North Devon, taken around 50 years apart.  The first is of my parents which was taken sometime around 1950 and in the second photo you can see my son on the left of the street.  It was only on going through my collection today that I realised my parents had been on holiday to the exact same place as myself and my family.  The old cobbled street hasn’t changed at all, it’s very steep!  It is a beautiful place, and it has a great website if you want to look around.
